Just before the lockdowns in 2020 I wanted to make a drawing for my wife of the 52 Hz whale with it's mother in the ocean.

When the lockdown began, I started experimenting with the concept of the little whale in various forms, including 3D printing it. This was also a chance for me to get back into drawing and painting, which I found incredibly enjoyable and a refreshing break from staring at a monitor all day.

At the beginning of 2022, I started posting on Instagram to motivate myself to create more. I kept developing the concept of Kujira & Co., which revolves around the little whale and her friends, I created other characters, made animations etc.
