Angelli Cherry
In 2014, I worked for Worksfilmstudio on this commercial.
It was the first commercial where I participated on set as a VFX supervisor—a very interesting and valuable experience for me.
Initially, my task was to produce the fully CGI scenes. However, since the shoot took place in september - a time when cherries aren’t in season - the production company struggled to source cherries and eventually found some from another country.
Unfortunately, these didn’t look quite right on camera, so I was asked to create and replace the cherries with 3D models. Apart from that I also did the compositing work.
On the right, you can see an R&D simulation for a slow-motion shot of liqueur pouring into a glass, a scene that was ultimately left out of the final cut.
